These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TradieLead service operated by COSAM Pty Ltd (ABN pending), trading as TradieLead ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to or using TradieLead, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

TradieLead is a missed call SMS automation service for Australian trade professionals ("tradies"). When a call to your TradieLead number goes unanswered, the caller hears a personalised voicemail greeting and receives an automatic SMS on your behalf. Caller replies are classified and forwarded to you as qualified leads.

The TradieLead name, logo, website, application code, and all associated materials are the property of COSAM Pty Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our written permission.
